About PD Designs

PD Designs is a contracting and home renovation business based in Lexington, Kentucky. Owned and operated by Patrick Doyle since 2018, PD Designs is dedicated to transforming homes and creating spaces that clients love to live in. Our mission is to bring your vision to life with integrity, experience, and knowledge, ensuring the highest quality of craftsmanship in every project.

 

Patrick is a Lexington native raised in the heart of Big Blue Nation on Oldham Avenue. Patrick grew up playing local pee wee baseball, life guarding at Woodland Park pool, and graduated from Henry Clay high school. Patrick is a licensed general contractor and real estate agent. 

 

Patrick strives to make his clients’ home dreams come true with each encounter.
He brings a unique combination of experience in contracting, engineering, and real estate to provide a holistic understanding of finding and creating the perfect home.

When he isn’t working hard for his clients, Patrick can be found watching football and spending lazy weekend afternoons with his wife, Emma, and their dogs, Theo and Gus.
